Check-in time + check-out 

Check-in time is from 15:30 until 22:00 and check-out is from 10:30 until 12:00. These are strict deadlines, as we are a small family business and there will be no one to check you in after 22:00.

Wifi + telephone signal

Please note that we have limited Wi-Fi and limited telephone signal in our rural setting, so sit back, relax and enjoy when you are off the radar.

Parking

There is free parking for cars on our territory, please park in the marked spaces.

Food and drinks

Hunting residence Paramun has a categorization of its own restaurant for Bulgarian cuisine two stars, so here you can consume only drinks purchased on the premises, unless you pay cork. The following corking fees apply to all bottles you choose to carry with you and will be added to your account:

Wine / champagne – BGN 25 per bottle

Alcoholic beverages – BGN 35 per bottle

Please do not consume food / food in the bedrooms.

Booking and payment policy

To secure your reservation, you need to contact us, after which you will receive an email with the exact amount for your stay with the terms and method of payment. For holiday packages the payment is 100% at the time of booking, for other packages and nights 50% at the time of booking and the rest at check-in. The guest will be charged the amount paid at the time of booking if canceled 16 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

We offer a 16-day cancellation policy for direct bookings, if you cancel 16 days before the date of arrival, the reservation price will be charged.

Children and extra beds

Children up to the age of 5 can stay in all our rooms. Please contact us if you plan to bring a child with you.

Baby cots – Children up to and including 2 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Smoking policy

Hunting residence Paramun is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed in any indoor part of the hotel building. For smokers there is a separate place for smoking on the veranda and on the open tables of the restaurant.

Lost property

We are more than happy to publish any lost items subject to postage.

Damage

We reserve the right to charge you for any damage to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Our beautiful building has its quirks, we hope it is part of a stay in an old and historic building, but we realize that it is not always perfect for everyone! We hope you will let us know if something is not acceptable or in any way interferes with your stay and we will do our best to resolve it for you. We love our place and we hope you will.
